Maj. Elizabeth Trahan is committed to her team. She plans team building activities, goes out of her way to recognize people and thank them for the work they do, and she is always available to assist other providers and help solve problems. She ensures everyone has what they need to do their jobs and advocates for resources. She is a tremendous leader and the atmosphere in the flight has greatly improved since she took the lead.
