Information for Patients
The Infectious Diseases and Preventive Medicine Center of Excellence is designed to scale infectious disease services to decrease complications associated with chronic wound infections with multidrug resistant organisms and provide comprehensive care of complex wound and infectious complications related to surgeries, combat, and trauma. The Center of Excellence will focus on patients with severe or refractory infections, complications from antimicrobial resistance, and those in an immunocompromised condition.
