Patient Advocates can help you with questions, problems, suggestions, or compliments, related to care you get at a military hospital or clinic.
Beneficiary Counseling & Assistance Coordinators
BCACs can answer TRICARE-related questions about TRICARE eligibility, enrollment, referrals, claims, and covered services.
Debt Collection Assistance Officers
DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.
