The 2026 MHSRS will be held 3-6 Aug 2026. Registration for the meeting will open on 29 June 2026 at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (U.S.). The later time is to accommodate our west coast attendees.
To register for the 2026 Symposium, go to the registration website at https://www.mhsrs.net.
Participants must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee before receiving an email link to book a room at the host hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, or our partner hotel, the Marriott Village.
Abstract notification letters were released on 1 June. If you have been approved to present and can no longer attend or have a change in presenter, please let us know though Contact Us/program Support.
