Lapse in Federal Appropriations

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law.   • If an employee is abusive in the workplace and the behavior is associated with drug/alcohol abuse, report the matter to the employee's immediate supervisor. If you know someone that is experiencing problems in the workplace related to drug/alcohol abuse contact the command Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor.

Anti-Deficiency Act Violations
